Private Boat Docks
Our Private Boat Docks can accommodate up to 12 boats. Reserve a slip for your vacation or holiday weekend – or rely on the Boat Concierge to launch you boat and have it ready and waiting for you when you want it.
Lakefront Pavilion
Everyone who owns a home at Greycliff has access to our Lakefront Pavilion. Next to the private docks on the North Lake Channel, the Lakefront Pavilion has restrooms, picnic tables, and a fire place: a perfect location to enjoy a day on the lake.
Gated Entrance
A grand gated entrance guards the single entrance to Greycliff, creating extra security for your dream home and maintaining exclusivity.
Lake Access
We have reserved a plot of land on the north lake channel. It will provides lake access for all Greycliff residents. It will host a Lake Pavilion; and private boat slips wait for those who want to take full advantage of the mountain lake lifestyle.
