By pricing these select lots below market value, the developers are doing their best to make Greycliff not just the site of your dream home, but a sound investment as well.
Association Fees Paid for Three Years
Once you close on a Founder’s Club home site, the developers will pay your association fees for the first 36 months, giving you time to build the home of your dreams, before you start paying for Greyciff’s amenities.
Developer’s Buy Back Guarantee
In an effort to provide some certainty in an uncertain market, the developers of Greycliff offer a guarantee on the value of the property you buy. If you are unsatisfied with your investment at Greycliff after the first 36 months of closing on your home site, during the 37 month, you will have the option to sell the site back to the developers for the same price you paid.
